How to replace the excavator idler?

1、Remove the track chain from excavator
Remove one-way valve fom the grease nozzle, put the grease out, push the idler inward with the bucket to make the track chain looser and the better. If the excavator used is less than 150 tons , remove the track pin. If it is more than 150  tons, use the bucket to hook the track chain. Remember to remove the one-way valve, otherwise it will be difficult to remove the track chain and install it.

2、Install the idler
The installation method of idler is the same as  general wheel installation. Use a jack to lift the excavator, and then use a screwdriver to remove the screws. After that, install the new idler and complete lubricating .
