Inspection and elimination of oil leakage
1、In the process of installation, strict inspection shall be carried out according to the technical requirements of parts to keep them clean and prevent impurities from entering the installation surface. Especially the sealing face of the sealing ring, even if there are small dust particles will damage the seal and cause oil leakage.
2、The sealing sleeve and rubber ring need to be replaced with new ones due to aging, deformation, scar and broke.
3、The spring should be replaced in case of insufficient spring force.When the pressure ring warps, it should be repaired and leveled, and the sharp edge should be removed
4、Large and small sealing rings are not tightly met, so they can be reground to make them have uniform and continuous grinding rings. Do not hit end face of the ring and disturb the matching ring. The thickness of the ring should be the same, otherwise it must be replaced
5、If the thickness of rubber ring is not enough, it is allowed to wrap some rope to make it tight with / 0.15 ~ 0.20 kg / cm2.
6、Wheel axle bending, out of rounding or neck wear, roller hub, it must be repaired.
7、When the axle bearing and seal ring face wear, 2 ~ 4mm thickness oil resistant rubber ring can be padded between the seal sleeve and the hub end face according to the wear level. After installation, the seal sleeve assembly should be able to rotate freely on the hub. In addition, a bearing ring with an outer diameter of 100 mm, an inner diameter of 85 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm can be padded between the bearing outer ring .When the height of the seal sleeve is less than 32 mm and the bearing width is less than 41 mm, a new one should be replaced.
8、The paper pad on the roller should be kept clean and of suitable thickness.
